The article cites to several folks that lost significant poundage just by going through their divorce. As a traumatic event, many divorcing spouses shed weight quickly from forgetting to eat. There’s even a book on the topic called The Heartbreak Diet. Exercise, the article concludes, is a livesaver because it provides energy, relieves stress and eases depression.
